About Nordic Housing

Nordic Housing is a residential letting company based in North Zealand. We manage properties through our professional network of partners, for private and professional owners alike. We work closely with some of the largest companies in Denmark and act as intermediaries between relocating employees and landlords across the country.

At Nordic Housing we understand the importance of professional service throughout the letting process. We manage every type of home — from a one-bedroom apartment for three months to luxury villas on long leases, furnished and unfurnished. We also provide move-in and move-out reports and full management of the property.

On 1 September 2023 Camilla Dalskjær took the helm of Nordic Housing, acquiring the rights to the name and founding Nordic Housing Denmark ApS. The step marks a strategic focus on residential letting as the core activity. Nordic Housing Denmark ApS focuses exclusively on future lettings and is not involved in activities from before 1 September 2023.

Camilla Dalskjær brings a strong background in property management and looks forward to developing innovative, tailor-made solutions in residential letting. The company works to meet the needs of home seekers and home owners alike.

Nordic Housing uses modern AI tools to automate administration, research and follow-ups. It is a deliberate choice: the technology takes the tasks that can be automated, so Camilla's time goes to what cannot — viewings, advice and honest, personal contact with landlords and tenants.
